COMPANY: JAPANESE MANUFACTURING
POSITION: ACCOUNTING MANAGER
SALARY: PHP 70,000 - 100,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Reporting

• Oversee the planning, organizing, and directing of all aspects of the accounting department, including budget preparation and financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other management analysis reports.

2. Accounting Control and Compliance

• Develop and manage a robust accounting control system to ensure all accounting functions comply with accounting principles and government regulations.
• 　Manage and process employee payroll to ensure that employees are paid securely.
• Ensure adherence to Philippines Financial Reporting Standards and company procedures, maintaining accuracy in all financial information and data.
• 　Application and processing of PEZA-related documents

3. Financial Management

• Handling and Oversee and cash management functions, including both incoming and outgoing cash flows. Ensure liquidity and financial stability with effective management.
• Assist management with corporate financial planning

4. Team Leadership and Development

• Handling tasks effectively and oversee day-to-day accounting operation.
• Monitor accounting activities to ensure adherence to accounting rules and regulations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with other departments within the company and cross-functional teams, including the group company, to support business, accounting process improvements, operational best practices, and initiative projects.

6. Operational Excellence

• Support and drive initiatives for accounting process improvement and operational best practices.
• Perform other special tasks assigned by management as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
