Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance /Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Candidate must be deadline oriented and have a sense of responsibility.
• Willing to assign to Ortigas Pasig City

Job Description:

• Must know how to do Accounting Journal entries and adjustments
• Knowledge in BIR Filing 2550M, 2550Q, 1601C, 0691E, 1702Q, 1604CF, 1604E and 1702A.
• Knowledge in Bank Reconciliation and Account Reconciliation of GL Accounts
• Monitoring and checking of all project liquidations.
• Posting Journal entries to system for month end and year end closing
• Monitoring and arranged all vouchers in a monthly basis. Make sure are all intact and complete.
• Prepares monthly BIR compliances such as filing and payment of monthly and quarterly taxes to efps.
• Prepares alpha list of suppliers, VAT relief, SAWT and e-submissions
• Participate in month end and year end closing activities.
• Prepares BIR form 2307
