Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:

• Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients or vendors as necessary

Job Costing, Budgeting and Cashflow:

• Track and allocate costs associated with specific projects or jobs.
• Generate a detailed analysis of all expenses incurred during the production or execution of a particular job.
• Monitors the movement of Bank feeds and reconciliation.
• Managing cash flow effectively to ensure the solvency and sustainability of the business.
• Inventory of materials for constructions

Payroll:

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner, including wages, allowances, deductions, and other adjustments.
• Review and verify timekeeping records and attendance data.
• Calculate and process overtime, and other payments as necessary.

Bookkeeping / Record Keeping / Financial Systems:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Utilize financial software and systems for accurate record-keeping (MYOB and Xero)
• Identify opportunities for system improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology or related courses.
• With good English communication skills.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Willing to work onsite or to relocate (Angeles City, Pampanga)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
