We’re seeking someone with multinational experience who loves learning, is detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to adapt to new challenges and improvements.
What You’ll Do:

• Payroll: Ensure accurate processing of monthly payroll for our Swiss entity.
• Disbursement: Review payment requests, process invoices, monitor payables, and manage cash forecasting.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany payables, and credit card transactions.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date records in our accounting system, including invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
• Controls: Perform monthly reviews and analysis of payable accounts to ensure accuracy.

What You'll Need

• Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in General Accounting
• Knowledge in Accounting software such as Quickbooks and Sage
• Knowledge in using spreadsheets, formulas and functions
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
