Accounts Payable Specialist

- Process and manage all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and reconciliation.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of transactions and accounts, including reconciliations of vendor statements.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries.
- Continuously identify and recommend improvements to processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
