E-Learning Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses and materials, including multimedia content, assessments, and interactive activities.
- Deliver live online training sessions, webinars, and virtual classrooms using various e-learning platforms and tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-learning and instructional design to continuously enhance training programs.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner progress, and feedback to report on training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-Learning Trainer, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Technical proficiency with various e-learning technologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
