Role: Trainer
We are seeking a vibrant and dedicated professional to enhance the competencies of our customer service team. As a key part of our learning and development department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that are delivered virtually, helping to develop the skills and knowledge of our remote and on-site teams in the customer service sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct comprehensive virtual training programs tailored for new hires and existing staff in the BPO sector.
- Adapt training strategies to accommodate remote learning environments, utilizing cutting-edge technology and methodologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of virtual training sessions and make data-driven adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
- Manage training resources and budgets with an emphasis on virtual tools and software.
- Maintain a positive and energetic online presence to engage and motivate participants.
- Ensure that training content is updated and relevant to the needs of a virtual workforce.
- Regularly collaborate with other trainers and managers to integrate best virtual training practices across the organization.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a trainer in the BPO industry or in conducting virtual training sessions.
- Strong enthusiasm for digital education and the ability to engage a virtual audience effectively.
- Proficient in various online training platforms and technologies (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and courses specifically for virtual delivery.
