Google Analytics, Woo Commerce, and Word Press CMS to drive marketing initiatives forward.

Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities

• Digital Content Strategy and Deployment: Plan and execute sales and promotional activities aligned with marketing goals, creating engaging content that drives engagement and sales. Schedule content across platforms for timely and impactful delivery.
• Marketing Calendar Management: Work with the marketing team to plan and update sales activities, branding, and offers on the marketing calendar. Analyze email marketing performance for strategic insights.
• Email Marketing: Create engaging email content, including promotions and testimonials, and collaborate on reviews. Develop themed newsletters that align with monthly topics and highlight new products.
• CRM and Contact Management: Use Groundhogg CRM for email campaigns and contact segmentation, ensuring lists are up-to-date and targeted.
• Website and Blog Content: Plan SEO-driven blog topics, write and optimize posts, and update web pages to enhance user experience and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule social media content, engage with the audience, and manage collaborations to boost brand visibility.
• Content Analysis: Measure content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for strategy optimization.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and agencies to amplify marketing efforts.
• Additional Marketing Duties: Oversee print marketing materials from concept to completion.

Client Care Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Support: Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and social media, supporting client care as needed. Foster relationships to gather testimonials and convert customers into loyal advocates.
Must-Have Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent, and/or transferable work experience in customer

service and or digital marketing roles;

• Proficiency in Microsoft365 software suite with experience working in:

i. Canva/Adobe Cloud/Express to create social media posts, website
banners, publication materials and more
ii. an e-commerce website (Woo Commerce) and CMS (Wordpress)
iii. CRM/sales automation software
iv. SEO and Google Analytics
