Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines.
The Lead Generator will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact through calls, emails, or social media, and qualifying leads to pass on to the sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding the client’s customer base by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (social media, databases, email campaigns, etc.).
- Qualify leads by determining their needs, interest levels, and readiness to engage with the client’s products/services.
- Maintain and manage lead information within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and Linked In messages to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and client needs to refine lead generation strategies.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
