Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for making B2B cold calls to set up meetings between our client and potential grocery partners. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and schedule appointments to help expand our client's advertising network. This is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B cold-calling to potential grocery partners across America.
- Set up meetings between our client and prospective grocery partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching potential partners.
- Follow up on leads and manage the appointment schedule efficiently.
- Report on daily and weekly call activities and appointment outcomes.
- Proven experience in B2B cold-calling and appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus, but not a requirement.
