We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Appointment-Setting Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT products and services, particularly cybersecurity, and will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and setting appointments with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through various phone, email, and social media channels.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and align them with our cybersecurity solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with decision-makers in client organizations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in IT and cybersecurity to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven three years of experience in appointment setting or lead generation, preferably in the IT products and services sector.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
