Product Release Manager

The Product Release Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of product releases. This role ensures that all products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Release Planning: Develop and manage release schedules, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business goals.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, QA, and marketing to ensure seamless release processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce best practices for release management, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze release performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize the release process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in release management, project management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in release management tools and project management software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
