We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement Specialist with a focus on finance to manage purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with the finance department to align procurement practices with budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance to create and monitor budgets, ensuring procurement activities align with financial plans.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, focusing on financial terms and payment conditions.
• Conduct cost analysis and financial risk assessments related to procurement activities.
• Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate financial documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and financial performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and financial best practices in all procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a finance focus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
