We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions primarily using Playwright and Selenium. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in developing robust test automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software releases, and streamlining testing processes.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium, targeting web-based applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and Dev Ops, to identify testing needs, plan automation strategies, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze test results, and troubleshoot failures to determine root causes and ensure efficient resolution.
• Design and implement frameworks to support reusable and scalable test cases.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability, quality, and functionality.
• Document test plans, procedures, and outcomes to provide clarity and transparency in testing processes.
• Continuously evaluate new tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance testing capabilities and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an Automation Engineer, with a strong background in Playwright and Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java Script, Python, or Java.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, best practices, and software development life cycles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
