Job Responsibilities:
We offer competitive salary and we have incentives like the following:
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or in the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions
- Maintains monitoring logbook for vendors, suppliers, visitors and guests
- Prepares, Receives and maintain logbook of incoming packages, documents, parcels and ensure to advised concerned recipient employees/and or department immediately
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Receiving calls from different department and others
- Coordinates with HQ admin for facilities, maintenance, supplies and service providers
- Creating and organizing files for admin matters
- Collect billing statements, receipts and process payment requests
- Perform other jobs as may be assigned from time to time by team leader and supervisor of the department
- College or Bachelor's degree is a must
- Has good communications skills both written and oral
- With pleasing personality and good working attitude
- Ability to provide timely reports
- Computer Literate (MS Excel and Word)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work in office in BGC location, from Mondays to Fridays, either 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
