We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating internal and external events, including preparing agendas and meeting notes.
- Manage filing systems, update records, and process data accurately and confidentially.
- Support financial processes by handling expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Other administrative duties as assigned to support overall team efficiency.
- Can do a basic housekeeping in the office
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Can work in Paranaque City.
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flextime
- Overtime
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
- English (Preferred)
