Omnivores Manila, Inc. is currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team!
Qualifications
- A graduate of a Business or an Admin-related course
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems
- Answers phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, assists clients and other visitors
- Responds to emails and other digital queries, operates and maintains office equipment
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other executives and colleagues as needed
- Skill-set must include time management, computer proficiency, attention to detail, communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking, and confidentiality.
- Preferably live near the Centria Office
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Schedule:

- 13th month salary
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
