Qualifications & experience
  • Graduate of any 4 years business course.
  • At least 6 months relevant experience; experience in the automotive field is an advantage
  • Must be willing to do field work
  • Willing to assign in Zoomhub Inc. Marikina
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Work closely with Admin Head in providing an efficient and effective delivery of Administrative Services
  • Does inventory of supplies, office equipment furniture and other supply requirements of KIA/Vespa units and submits the same to immediate head for approval/acquisition
  • Reports and facilitates timely compliance/renewal of all statutory requirements of the company (DTI, Business Permit, DOLE, etc.)
  • Monitors with immediate head accomplishments of maintenance monitoring checklist for all Nexthub facilities and timely compliance with all administrative requirements
  • Ensures that facilities meet environment, health and security standards.
  • Monitors repair and maintenance of the facilities
  • Submits monthly utility expenses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
