• College Graduate
• At least 1-year experience is a plus
• Can supervise housekeeping or cleanliness of the whole clinic
• Have the ability to manage time efficiently
• Telephone skills and etiquette
• Willing to have Saturday duties

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
• Organizes and schedules the day-to-day activities of the maintenance personnel and couriers
