Description :
  • Process application and renewal of Business Permits
  • Coordination with contractors, engineers, and foreman
  • Regularly visits branch sites
  • Manage daily office operations, providing support to executive staff.
  • Handle confidential documentation, maintaining compliance with industry regulations
  • Offer administrative support to project teams, contributing to the success of Building Dreams Pharma Group Inc.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year business course
  • At least 1 year of experience as Admin Assistant
  • Knowledgeable in processing of Business Permits application and renewal
  • Able to coordinate with contractors, engineers and foreman
  • Amenable to travel to Tarlac, Nueva Ecija and Manila
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Can start ASAP
Location: Tarlac City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
