We urgently need an Admin Assistant for Pasig Branch!
Job Role:
· Follow company’s policies, procedures, and management instructions
· Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient daily operations
· Manage office supplies inventory and place order as necessary
· Safeguard the confidentiality and security of the files
· Assist on the organization’s events and programs
· Provide administrative support to staff
· Assist HR related tasks
. Assist with the sales process and serve as the frontline to the customers
Requirements and Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Secretary, Administration
· Proficient in computer skills in MS Office particularly Excel
· At least 1 year of working experience as an Admin Assistant
. With customer service experience
· Can start ASAP
. Preferably living in Pasig
