I. JOB SUMMARY:
To provide support and assistance in preparation and monitoring of accounts receivable, billing and collection, checking of internal documents necessary in daily operations.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate with sales department for the billing statement on each job order.
  • Check job order from each client made by sales department.
  • Check all documents if properly recorded and cancelled in Daily Operations Report (DOR).
  • Performs recording of delivery in the system for the sales invoice and collection.
  • Maintains safekeeping and filing of transaction documents.
  • Collaborates closely with internal auditing in auditing activities.
  • Performs reconciliations of Daily Operations Report, Open Job Order and Accounts Receivable.
  • Checking of various expenses for reimbursement/disbursement for the accuracy and within the company’s policy.
  • Review and ensure that all reimbursements are supported with appropriate official receipts/ cash invoice, acknowledgment receipt.
  • Reviews and ensure that petty cash vouchers are properly signed/authorized.
  • Weekly petty cash replenishment.
  • Check purchase order and request for payment.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
III. QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Proficient in the use of computer software including: Word and Excel.
  • Amenable to work in Rockwell Center, Makati
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
