Qualifications:
  • Preferably with atleast 3 yrs related experience as Admin Assistant
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Wiling to work onsite at 27th Flr. High Street South Corporate Plaza Tower 2 26th Cor. 9th Ave BGC Taguig City
  • Monday to Friday work schedule
  • Willing to work in a startup company (WN Energy - Product: Solar)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory, maintain office equipment, and coordinate with vendors for office needs.
  • Document Management: Prepare, file, and manage documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Data Entry: Input and manage data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
