Admin Assistant- LET PASSER

- General Administrative Support:
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials and documents.
- Program Coordination:
- Support in the organization and coordination of training programs and events.
- Maintain participant records, attendance logs, and evaluation results.
- Assist trainers with logistical needs, including room setup, equipment, and materials.
- Client and Student Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for students, trainers, and clients regarding administrative inquiries.
- Provide assistance in onboarding students and maintaining their records.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about training schedules, course offerings, and policies.
- Academic and Training Support:
- As a LET passer, assist in reviewing and preparing educational materials for training programs.
- Support trainers in the development of instructional materials and assessments.
- Help guide students with academic questions and provide basic assistance in the learning process.
- Office Management:
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office is organized, functional, and operates efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required by the management.
- Assist in compiling and organizing data related to training outcomes and center performance.
- Keep track of invoices, payments, and financial records related to office expenditures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or any related field.
- LET passer (Licensure Examination for Teachers).
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an educational or training environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with office equipment.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
