As an Administrative Assistant for Tailored Projects, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation and execution of customized projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely communication, and effective administration of project-related tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team to obtain project details.
• Manage raw material requisitions using MRF and Xero.
• Communicate specific client requirements (fabric, pattern, size, logos) to the sampling team and suppliers.
• Create and share the sampling timeline with the client.
• Coordinate with delivery team and suppliers for the pickup and delivery of cut goods and samples, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination or a related role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining project timelines and client updates
• Amenable to work in N. Domingo San Juan City, Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
