We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support and handling front-office duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and processing payroll.
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive and professional attitude.
