Job Descriptions:
1) Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses of the company.
2) Assist in administrative works.
3) Issue receipts and cash vouchers.
4) Monitoring of sales transactions and make bank reconciliations.
5) Check compliance of the company
6) Prepare sales and expenses as per the requirement of the external accountant.
7) Recording of sales transactions.
8) Receive all delivered supplies and release as per requests.
9) Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager/Head.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
· Must be highly analytical and has keen attention to detail.
· Good communication skills both written and oral.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Must be a team player and has initiative.
· Willing to work in Quezon City
· Able to work under pressure.
