We are Japanese-Style General Practice Clinic providing comprehensive medical care for Japanese residing Cebu, Philippines. We provide a Japanese medical translator to help our patients to ensure effective communication andunderstanding between patients and healthcare providers. Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

- Assist doctor during consultation. Manage equipment arrangement in doctor's room, before and after consultation.
- Able to operate all the basic medical instruments used in the clinic. Check and maintain equipment to ensure they are working properly.
- Prepare medicine as prescribed by doctor, arrange medicine delivery for telemedicine patient.
- Manage medicine/drug stock in dispensary. Replenish daily use stock as necessary, check stock regularly and place order when the stock is below stock level.
- Manage medical material stock. Replenish daily use stock as necessary, check stock regularly and place order when the stock is below stock level.
- Manage vaccination stock as per patient on vaccination bookings.
- Manage stationery and reception area stock. Replenish daily use stock as necessary, check stock regularly and place order when the stock is below stock level.
- Conduct daily medical waste management before go back.
- Conduct monthly stock take.
- Prepare claims form for patient with insurance policy coverage. Replenish and prepare forms for clinic/patient usage.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers and hospitals as required. Manage laboratory order as required by doctor.
- Receive lab reports, share with doctor, call patient and conduct filing accordingly.
- Assist on patient registration and appointment. Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically/ e-mails. Check emails regularly.
- Prepare bill and/ or invoices for patients, receive/collect payments.
- Prepare daily closing report and perform banking duties as necessary.
- Fax, scan and file documents. Type documents as required with high level of accuracy.
- Perform duties in a team.
- Perform other duties and errands as assigned by Manager.
- To provide medicine dispensing, packing, and arrange delivery service for the patient of our clinic as per stipulated time.
- To make sure that medicine dispensing is done correctly based on standard operating procedure (SOP) provided by the Company
- To make sure that all medicine to be packed in a properly sealed package, as instructed by the Company.
- To make sure that all medicine delivery request was completely fulfilled before end of service.
- To maintain necessary equipment and system required to make sure adequate patient/customer-support level during the delivery of the Services.
- To carry out and forward the necessary result and reports;
- To act with integrity, doing what is right to help create a delighted customer experience;
- Establish and maintain contact with relevant staff.
- Obtain necessary information and documentation related to medicine prescription.
- Ensuring appropriate procedures are in place for the management, recording and investigation of the prescription.
- Ensuring daily operations, maintenance and inspections documented properly.
- Reviewing and ensuring the proper accident/incident or damage forms have been adequately completed prior to their submission to the Risk Management Department.
- Providing other staff with necessary help and support throughout the medicine preparation process.
- English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- 08: 00~21: 00 (Mondays to Friday), 9 hours including 1 hour lunch time
- 8 days off per month, Public Holidays will be added to the monthly off days
