- In-charge of facility maintenance. Ensures all common facility areas are properly maintained and sanitary. Ensures that housekeeping is properly conducted regularly to all common areas.
- Addressed property repairs and renovation as needed.
- Monitor all air-conditioning units in all vicinity and regularly conducts preventive maintenance schedule of equipment.
- Coordinates with the Purchasing Specialist for all repair services and preventive maintenance schedule of equipment.
- Consolidates request needed for housekeeping tools and consumables and forward to the Purchasing Specialist.
- Handles all the facility-related issues and concerns of all sites including warehouses.
- Handles the security guard deployed in all sites. Coordinates with the OIC for any issues and concerns with the deployed SGs. Monitors performance of SGs.
- Responsible for checking with the SGs that all security polies are being strictly implemented.
- Handles all security incident reports and maintains proper filing of all reported cases.
- Submits official incident report to HR for employee-related issues with security policies and protocols.
- Maintains official records and documentation of all company vehicles. Tracks PMS and repairs of all units. Coordinates with Purchasing Specialist and Logistic Head for the downtime and repairs of all units.
- Handles RFID enrollment and monitors account balance. Ensures that the account has enough balance not to hamper operations.
- Request for budget in reloading RFID accounts.
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Secretary: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
