Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of meeting rooms, boardroom, and executive offices.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; manage the transfer of documents to other sites..
  • Manage and monitor the usage schedules of meeting rooms.
  • Provide basic support in handling department requests for office supplies, service requests, consumables, and other administrative needs.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in office management or any business related course
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
