Administrative Assistant (MARINE Department)

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the MARINE Divison and assisting in daily office needs and managing department's general administrative activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient support to the Marine Division Manager.
  • Process and facilitate vessel requisitions.
  • Handle office tasks, including filing, generating reports, inventory management, and monitoring vessel supplies and consumption.
  • Act as custodian of the revolving fund, ensuring proper expense monitoring and timely replenishment.
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails and ensuring proper documentation for easy monitoring
  • Maintains confidential files and records for assigned area of responsibility
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Can do flexible schedule and be able to travel as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Open for Fresh Graduate but Prior administrative experience at least 1 year is an advantage.
  • Basic Inventory Management is Advantage.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Must have a Professional Driver's License
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu City.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience: at least 6months of working experience (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
