We are looking for an Admin Assistant Receptionist to join our team in the Quezon City office . This position offers a vibrant work environment and the chance to work alongside a dynamic and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with the day-to-day administration of the office, business groups, and projects alongside other team members.
- Represent the admin team at the office location, adhering to all guidelines and processes.
- Provide receptionist support and assist with event coordination.
- Coordinate general office administration concerns with the Administration Manager or designated admin member.
- Support and facilitate purchasing activities.
- Ensure office upkeep, coordinate office equipment maintenance.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
- Excellent people skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Quick to manage day-to-day needs and concerns related to the premises, staff, and office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent prioritization and task management skills.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters of correspondence, telephone messages, and personal conversations.
- Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
- Willingness to work in an office as an integral and resilient member of the Admin team.
