APPLICATION SUPPORT CONSULTANT (LIFE SCIENCE)


Qualifications:
Required

1. Technical

• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling incidents, service requests (L1 and L2), and change management.
• Experience in application monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Experience in system administration of Gx P or Pharmaceutical/Life Science applications.
• Experience working with integrations.
• Good understanding of incident, problem, change management.
• Knowledge of testing, patching, and maintenance of applications (software development lifecycle).

2. Consultancy Mindset

• Comfortable in driving conversations (voice call) with clients and end-users.
• Responsible, self-driven and proactive.
• Openness to continuous learning (fast-learner, adaptable).

3. Working Environment

• Amenable to work in rotational shifts (Asia, Europe, US – EST/PST).
• Experience in working with multicultural teams.
• Comfortable working with a dynamic, mid-sized team.
• Comfortable with being assigned multiple applications.

4. Educational Background

• Graduate in computer sciences or Life Sciences

Nice to have (not required)

• Working experience on any Veeva vaults
• ITIL certified (or willing to get training and certification)
• Good understanding of System Lifecycle
• Functional understanding of the computer system validation
• Have a fair understanding of Life science business workflows and knowledge of domains i.e. (Clinical/ regulatory/ Safety)
• Experience in any of the following applications (or similar): Vitrana, Please Review, Sum Total, Smart Sheet, go Balto Activate/Select,i Medidata/RAVE, Medable, In Form, etc.
