- Candidate must be a Graduate of Architecture. (Licensed)
- Preferably with 5-6year of work experience.
- Experienced in Horizontal Development.
- Strong technical proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
- Willing to travel and be assigned in different work sites.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building practices, and building code and regulations in the Philippines.
- Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
- Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
- Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
- Produces construction documents in Auto CAD and Revit.
- Working with a Team, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
