Qualification

• Candidate must be a Graduate of Architecture. (Licensed)
• Preferably with 5-6year of work experience.
• Experienced in Horizontal Development.
• Strong technical proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Willing to travel and be assigned in different work sites.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building practices, and building code and regulations in the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
• Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
• Produces construction documents in Auto CAD and Revit.
• Working with a Team, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
• Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
