Responsibilities

• Perform project management for the design of various office, commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, transportation, and other infrastructure projects;
• Perform project coordination and attend to design coordination meetings;
• Perform data collection and site visits to determine the actual site conditions; and
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations to the Mancom.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be Licensed Architects and/or Environmental Planners. Post-graduate degree is an advantage.
• With 10 to 20 years of work experience preferably from a reputable design firm.
• Computer literate with excellent academic records and preferably active in various professional organizations such as UAP, LEED, Phil GBC, PGBI, etc.
• ISO:9001 background will be an advantage.
