Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees marketing initiatives within the assigned area and is the key point of contact between the central office and local operations.
• Effectively implements strategies that boosts activations, registrations, and first deposits.
• Better have the ability to hire and build a team from 0 special sales/promoter/parttime to promote our bingoplus
• Have effective training skill and lead the team to hit their targets.
• Monitor the use of marketing budgets, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources.
• Have ability to work and control KPI of the whole team daily, weekly, monthly.
• Have connection and experience in putting up kiosks in malls, local events in brgy and city.
• Flexible in handling team concern and report to supervisor on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration or related field
• With at least 2-3 years of work experience in related filed work
• Ability to work independently, and with less supervision
• Trustworthy, proficient in MS. Office pre Excel
• Strong understanding of the job function and responsibility
• Knowledgeable in using social media such as facebook as means to reach and recruit.
• Education: At least completed any business related courses
• With at least 1 year of experience
