Job Description

• Build and establish partnerships with brands and organizations to expand Bingo Plus's reach.
• Plan and manage partnership-related events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors for long-term collaboration.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and sponsorships to secure beneficial terms.
• Implement offline marketing strategies aligned with company goals through partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate partnership activities effectively.
• Oversee project budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and positive returns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of partnership campaigns for ongoing improvement.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance partnership campaigns.
• Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and are well-documented.
• Represent Bingo Plus at industry events and networking opportunities to build new partnerships.
• Support and guide junior team members in partnership-related tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years in marketing, event management, or partnerships.
• Proven ability to organize and run events.
• Strong ability to build and manage partnerships.
• Experience in handling contracts and sponsorships.
• Able to bring fresh ideas to partnership campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Quick thinking and effective decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Comfortable representing the brand at events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
