Content Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Oversee and manage creator/influencer groups within the community. Set up creator SOPs, and develop and implement initiatives to boost engagement and collaboration. Analyze creator performance and feedback to optimize operational strategies.
- KOL Recruitment and Management: Recruit and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), leveraging their influence and resources to enhance community engagement.
- Creator Training: Assist in developing training materials, providing guidance and support to help creators understand community rules, optimize content, and grow their audience.
- Notification Management: Develop and manage notification strategies to effectively communicate with creators, keeping them informed about community updates, incentives, and relevant events.
- Financial Calculations: Be responsible for calculating weekly financial payments.
- Live streaming experience and KOL management experience are essential, along with having KOL resources.
- Sports knowledge (especially basketball) is a MUST.
- Experience in creator or community management, and developing and delivering training programs is highly valued.
- Strong calculation and Excel skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to align and communicate effectively within the team.
- Knowledge or experience in the basketball industry content or creator ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
