Job Requirements
- Monitor and review content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with specified guidelines and quality standards set by the client.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of content to ensure all established protocols and procedures are followed.
- Stay updated on changes and updates to the client's guidelines and the Department's policies.
- Maintain consistency, professionalism, and compliance in the content moderation process through proactive measures.
- Ensure all content is free from unwanted or harmful elements, providing a positive user experience.
- Safeguard the reputation and interests of the client and the Department through diligent content moderation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to details and excellent skills in reviewing and analyzing content to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies
- Familiarity with moderation tools, social media platforms, and computer skills
- Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to address challenges and share insights
- Capable of effectively handling high-pressure situations and working in demanding environments
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and open-mindedness in handling diverse content
- Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
