Job Description
As a content moderator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all tasks and activities align with the client's guidelines and meet their expectations. You must also strictly adhere to the Department and Company’s rules and policies while carrying out content moderation duties.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with specified guidelines and quality standards set by the client.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of content to ensure all established protocols and procedures are followed.
  • Stay updated on changes and updates to the client's guidelines and the Department's policies.
  • Maintain consistency, professionalism, and compliance in the content moderation process through proactive measures.
  • Ensure all content is free from unwanted or harmful elements, providing a positive user experience.
  • Safeguard the reputation and interests of the client and the Department through diligent content moderation.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to details and excellent skills in reviewing and analyzing content to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies
  • Familiarity with moderation tools, social media platforms, and computer skills
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to address challenges and share insights
  • Capable of effectively handling high-pressure situations and working in demanding environments
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and open-mindedness in handling diverse content
  • Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
