- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning, especially in the context of prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., GPT, Hugging Face, Open AI, etc.).
- Experience in designing and developing prompts for various NLP applications (text generation, translation, etc.).
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and interpret performance metrics to optimize prompt effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product teams, data scientists, engineers).

- Analyze and iterate on prompts based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Conduct experiments and research to test new prompting techniques and optimize existing workflows.
- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in national language processing (NLP) and AI, and apply those insights to your work.
- Document and communicate your work clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
