Job Description
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the operations of the company’s Finance Department
  • Directing financial planning and strategy.
  • Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.
  • Overseeing audit and tax functions.
  • Developing and implementing accounting policies.
  • Training accounting staff.
  • Managing internal controls.
  • Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company.
  • Team-oriented leadership; flexibility; resourcefulness; decisiveness; ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Supports a strong accounting & operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability and manage business risks.

Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Proficient in using Quick Books and other accounting software to effectively perform accounting tasks.
  • Knowledgeable in PEZA rules and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, preferably from experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
  • Experience in handling multiple companies and accounting of intercompany transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
