Job Description
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the operations of the company’s Finance Department
- Directing financial planning and strategy.
- Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.
- Overseeing audit and tax functions.
- Developing and implementing accounting policies.
- Training accounting staff.
- Managing internal controls.
- Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company.
- Team-oriented leadership; flexibility; resourcefulness; decisiveness; ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Supports a strong accounting & operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability and manage business risks.
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Proficient in using Quick Books and other accounting software to effectively perform accounting tasks.
- Knowledgeable in PEZA rules and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, preferably from experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
- Experience in handling multiple companies and accounting of intercompany transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
