Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist - Messaging, you will be responsible in ensuring the quality and consistency of messages delivered by our messaging operators to our subscribers. You will be monitoring, auditing, and performing quality assurance tests and methods on the messages sent by them to ensure that they meet the company's standards.

This is an integral part in maintaining our company's reputation for delivering high-quality content and service that meets our subscribers' expectations. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to ensuring messaging excellence will directly contribute to our subscriber satisfaction and engagement.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct language ability and compliance audits based on staff messages following set rules, guidelines, and policies.
Monitor message compliance with rules, guidelines, and policies.
Review staff complaints on QA disputes and take corrective and preventive action when necessary.
Analyze QA data to identify trends.
Identify improvement opportunities and communicate them to the manager for corrective action plans

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or relevant roles.
Proficiency in quality assurance processes, including testing, auditing, and evaluating products or services.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve product quality and performance.
Strong attention to detail to identify defects and inconsistencies in products or services.
Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure quality standards are met.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.
Familiarity with industry quality standards and best practices.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and project priorities.
Basic understanding of relevant tools and software used in quality assurance processes.
