Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy.
• Collect and compile news about Basketball/e Games, and other popular events from various platforms.
• Work closely with content creators to ensure high-quality and engaging content output.
• Curate user-generated content and community contributions, showcasing the diversity and talent within the basketball/e Games community.
• Implement strategies to optimize content performance, including feed optimization, audience targeting, and platform-specific best practices.
• Analyze content metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate content production schedules, deadlines, and resources to ensure timely delivery and execution of content initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Proven experience in content operations, digital media production, or content management, preferably in the gaming or sports industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion on schedule.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of digital content platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends, with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
