POSITION: We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator who has a deep understanding of current trends in US-based social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Linked In. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and original content for a diverse range of clients in various industries. This includes creating visually compelling graphics, writing captivating captions, and producing Tik Tok-style video shorts that resonate with audiences.
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)
SALARY RANGE: USD 800 - 1000/month (Depending on candidates skill and experience; bi-weekly payments)
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

MUST have proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar roles.
Expertise in creating short-form video content, particularly Tik Tok-style videos.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Strong English oral communication skills is a MUST.
MUST be committed to long-term employment and dedicated to contributing to the sustained success of the organization.
Is an excellent communicator with great command of the English language. Written and oral.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to different social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, Linked In).
Produce Tik Tok-style video shorts, reels, and stories that drive engagement and fit the brand voice of each client.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute social media content strategies.
Edit and design visuals and videos using various tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, etc.).
Monitor social media engagement metrics and use insights to improve future content performance.
Adapt content for various industries and clients, maintaining their brands voice and messaging across platforms.
Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely posting; preferred tool of choice is Buffer.

Qualifications :

The individual contractor must possess and have readily available all necessary equipment required to accomplish the tasks and responsibilities effectively. (i.e. computer, stable internet connectivity, and any specialized tools required to perform the task)
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, Linked In) and their content requirements.
Expertise in creating short-form video content, particularly Tik Tok-style videos.
Proficiency with content creation and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to adapt content across a variety of industries and client types.
Experience in working with analytics tools to track and improve social media performance.
Creative mindset and ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
