TOBY'S ESTATE COFFEE ROASTERS PHILIPPINES is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Restaurant Manager manages the operations in the outlet where assigned. This position ensures that everyone in the outlet is working together to achieve memorable dining experience of our guests at Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters by providing guests with excellent customer service, delivering high quality food and drink offerings, and efficient operations. Together with the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager studies the operating costs and implements ways how to minimize costs in the outlet.

• Adherence to Standards - Provide guidance and set an example to team members to ensure that company policies, store policies, standard operating procedures are maintained and followed.
• Customer Service - Ensure excellent customer service and absolute customer satisfaction of our guests.
• Operational Efficiency - Conduct studies that affect operational inefficiencies / costs and implement ways how to control costs in own outlet.
• Administration - Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• With atleast 1 year of experience as Assistant Manager handling restaurant and or cafes.
• Graduate of BS HRM or equivalent
• With knowledgeable in Restaurant Cost Management.
• With strong understanding about Food Safety.
• Details oriented and must be organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
