JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Maintain and update all required customer information in the NAV system
  • Maintain and update rate sheet and cost in the NAV system
  • Prepare rate quotation and/or service proposal to the client within the required time frame
  • Perform sales and grow existing house accounts
  • Attend to customer inquiries related to rates and company services within the required time frame
  • Attend to customer complaint/issue within the agreed time frame. Be able to study/conduct root cause analysis and present corrective and preventive
  • action to the customer and Management.
  • Monitor customer production including AR and payment performance on a monthly or regular basis and submit a detailed report to the management.
  • Monitor company’s performance vs. agreed
  • KPIs/SLAs of the customer and provide a detailed report to the Management on a monthly or regular basis. Highlight “ups” and “downs” and be able to substantiate with facts and accurate numbers.
  • Monitor and keep updated on the sub-contractors’ rate changes and be able to provide a detailed report on such changes and effect to the monthly production of the departments.
  • Initiate and implement productivity improvement projects to improve the team’s performance, efficiency and effectiveness in handling customer service tasks.
  • Attend customer alignment meetings and business reviews and be able to present company’s performance vis a vis customer’s KPI/SLA.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Operations
  • Management, Accounting, Finance, IT/Comp Science or any other 4-year related courses.
  • Specific Knowledge
  • 3-4 years of professional experience as a Customer Service preferably in the same industry, shipping
  • or forwarding
  • Intermediate Knowledge on Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation Management.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Very good to superior data management and analytical skills
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable interacting with managers, colleagues, clients and sub-contractors.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • With good follow up skills
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationship
  • Has good sense of responsibility, follow thru skills and task ownership
  • Business Understanding
  • Masteral study on supply chain is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
