Customer Advocacy is a group who advocates for our patients through using complaint data to ensure our product is safe and effective. As our life changing products have made their way to more customers around the globe, so has our need to support them. We now have offices in San Diego, CA; Vilnius, Lithuania; and Manila, Philippines. Although we are spread out around the globe, we work as one team. We are looking for an Associate Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying gaps and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scaling new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner. You will also be responsible for planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying gaps and providing technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scaling new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner. You will also be responsible for planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
Where you come in:
- Manage small projects and contribute to large projects.
- Assist all users to identify business requirements and design business cases/user stories.
- Prepare and execute tests scripts for validation of Complaint Handling Systems, Data Investigation Automations, and Robotic Process Automations using Val Genesis and other validation tools.
- Analyze all defects identified by the team and validate to ensure accuracy in data and evaluate all processes according to the business requirements.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Acts as liaison between internal and external users to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
- Working Knowledge of standard business Applications, Microsoft Office Suite (MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Word, and MS Power Point)
- Demonstrated understanding of hardware and software platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Highly organized and can work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in verbal and written format with many different levels of employees.
- Thorough and detail oriented.
