YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely and accurate processing of activities related to transfers of value in line with the EMEA & APAC transparency code (e.g., data maintenance, data correctness, data completeness)
• Manage Communication with Local Disclosure Manager & Global Process Owners.
• Handling of issues and queries from internal stakeholders.
• Attend sub-team meeting and provide valuable input
• SD Update for countries handled
• Contribution to continuous improvement or project activities
• Facilitate the following LMS elements - WBS, Team Meeting
• Participate in a working group
• Compliance with policies and procedures.

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate of any business related course, background in Accounting is an advantage or event management.
• At least 1 or more years professional experience particularly in Accounts Payable and/or Procurement.
• Event & Disclosure Management knowledge will be a plus.
• Good in MSO applications.
• Knowledge in operating SAP applications
• Experience in a corporate set up, preferably in shared service organization
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers, colleagues and management
• Flexible and team player.
• Good work attitude, dedication and accuracy.
