YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify, records and execute accounting transactions with medium level of complexity in a timely and accurate manner according to standard process

documentation.

• IC invoice processing manually

Receive Invoices

• Align invoices and check compliance with invoice (legal/business) requirements
• Post invoices manually and chase approval d. Maintain GR/IR and consignment stock accounts

IC reconciliation activities

• Review IC unmatched differences
• Match open items (credit items, payments, reversing entry) and maintain IC accounts
• Initiate IC dispute management (Mediation/ escalation / settlement)
• Perform write-offs

Intercompany clearing

• Manage blocked items and trigger manual payment S
• Month-end Preparation, Reporting and Projects
• Manage accruals (based on issued invoices)
• Perform month-end activities

IC project support

• Provides guidance on specific sub processes topics andissues.
• Identify potential issues and escalate existing issues on assigned sub process level.
• Updates and prepares BEAM supporting documentations on a timely manner
• Contribute to continuous process improvement to the assigned specific sub process
• Execute adequate ICS control as per defined control description.
• Conducts functional Trainings to new joiners as back-up. Updates training materials
• Participates in Stakeholder Engagement Calls
• Coordination with LE and/or External customers/ vendors according to a structured process
• Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures
• Complies with Bayer policies and procedures.
• Support Bayer /management program and initiatives
• Performs adhoc duties as required by the management from time to time
  
  WHO YOU ARE
• Graduate of business related course or any similar course
• Proven Professional Experience in Accounting Functions with sound SAP understanding
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• English language skills (B2) mandatory, any other language beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office
