YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform four eye check
• Bank Key Creation (new bank keys)
• Mass Upload
• Ensure completion of returned/rejected requests and open items reporting.
• 1st level of process escalation
• Send invites and facilitate the collaboration sessions, ensure that open topics are documented in minutes and monitored until closure.
• Ensure completion of monthly ops report for countries of scope.
• Review country call deck and facilitate country call with SA/Assoc. Ensure that open topics are documented in minutes and monitored until closure.
• Discuss and finalize RCA with SA/A
• Attend GO/PEN collaboration meeting and ensure that issues raised by SA/A are raised during the call and monitored until closure.
• Conduct monthly sub-team meeting to review team's performance and discuss issues and best practice sharing.
• Distribute the following:
  • MDG and non-MDG volume (daily), b. SSF (daily), c. VAC (daily)
• Monitor the following:
  • MDG and non-MDG volume (weekly), b. SSF (weekly), c. VAC (daily)
• MDG vs Volume SP Record Recon (weekly)
• Review SD update & monitor completion for countries of scope.
• Perform ICS controls
• Support SPE in LMS monitoring
• Facilitate the following LMS elements Activity Review, Problem Solving, WBS, Team Meeting/KPI Huddle, Feedback
• Attend KPI Dialogue with OM
• Lead a working group
• Lead an innovation activity
• Perform IDOC monitoring activity to ensure successful updates in target systems

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate of any business-related course, background in Masterdata Operations is an advantage
• Proficient in MSO applications
• Knowledge in operating SAP applications
• Minimum of 3 yrs. work experience in a corporate set up, preferably in shared service organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Has eye for innovation and process improvement
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexible and team player
• Good work attitude
